the clegg league

Format:  From the 2022 season the Clegg league is open to mixed teams, so ladies do please do feel free to add your names to the lists in the clubhouse for forthcoming matches.

 

Matches involve four triples, with two bowls per player. There are 14 points on offer in each game, with two points for each rink won and six bonus points for the side winning on shots.

Schedule: Matches are played on Wednesday evenings. First matches began on Wednesday April 17th at 7.00pm.

After winning Division 5 in our first season in this league, we won Division 4 and were promoted to Division 3. We retained our place in Division 3 in the 2023 season.
